Robin Armstrong rejoined the board of Hardey Resources Ltd. as a nonexecutive director.
Blackham Resources Ltd. officially named Greg Fitzgerald a nonexecutive director. Fitzgerald had served as the CFO of Resolute Mining Ltd. for about 15 years before resigning in 2017.
John Terry was appointed a director of Besra Gold Inc. after Pangaea Holdings exercised its right to appoint a second member to the company's board.
Trevor Schultz is retiring as a nonexecutive director of Centamin PLC at the company's annual general meeting scheduled for March 26.

Mark Connelly, nonexecutive chairman of West African Resources Ltd. and a nonexecutive director of Tiger Resources Ltd., was named an independent nonexecutive chairman of Calidus Resources Ltd., while outgoing Calidus Chairman Keith Coughlan will remain with the company as a nonexecutive director.
Sundance Resources Ltd. nonexecutive director Alan Rule resigned from the post due to other work commitments.
Wei Li stepped down from the Australia United Mining Ltd. board due to other commitments, while Jun Wang was named a nonexecutive director, effective Feb. 20.
