Calibre MiningCorp. said on June 1 that it has amended the option deal with partnerCenterra Gold Inc.for the La Luzgold-silver property in Nicaragua, adding 241 square kilometers of mineralconcessions.  

The original area was 12 square kilometers, and theadditional acreage enlarges the project with concessions in the northern Siunaarea of Nicaragua.

Centerra is required to spend an additional C$2 million toearn a 70% interest in the combined project area for a total of C$9 million inexploration on the property before Dec. 31, 2020.
