Vista Equity Partners Management LLC is acquiring Black Mountain Systems LLC from Stone Point Capital LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Black Mountain, which provides workflow software solutions to credit investors and alternative asset managers, will use Vista's investment for domestic and international expansion, as well as to enhance its platform.

Stone Point will exit Black Mountain following the completion of the transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Jefferies LLC was the exclusive financial adviser to Black Mountain, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP was the company's legal adviser. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey served as financial adviser, and Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal adviser to Vista.
