DISH, unit CFO to resign

Steven Swain will resign as senior vice president and CFO of DISH Network Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary DISH DBS Corp., effective Aug. 22.

Swain also served as principal financial officer of both entities. DISH Network and DISH DBS boards have appointed Paul Orban principal financial officer of the companies, according to an Aug. 10 SEC filing.

Orban has served DISH as senior vice president and chief accounting officer since December 2015.
