Japan Logistics Fund Inc. estimates that its net income for the six-month period ending July 31 will increase 1.8% to nearly ¥4.12 billion from the about ¥4.05 billion recorded in the prior six months.
The industrial real estate investment trust also projects its operating revenue, operating income and ordinary income to climb 2.6%, 0.3% and 1.8%, respectively, to ¥9.09 billion, approximately ¥4.56 billion and ¥4.12 billion during the period. Meanwhile, distribution is expected at ¥4,450 per unit.
For the six-month period ending Jan. 31, 2019, the company is expecting growth in operating revenue, operating income, ordinary income and net income to log respective figures of about ¥9.13 billion, ¥4.61 billion, ¥4.17 billion and ¥4.16 billion. The company anticipates per-unit distribution for the period to be at ¥4,500.
