India
* Shabnam Parveen was appointed as company secretary and compliance officer of Bronze Infra-Tech Ltd., effective June 9.
* Nimbus Projects Ltd. independent director Pratap Negi resigned from his position June 4.
New Zealand
* Clive Mackenzie will become CEO of Kiwi Property Group Ltd., effective July 16, replacing Chris Gudgeon, who will leave the company July 13.
China
* China Vanke Co. Ltd. securities representative Liang Jie resigned from his post effective June 8, citing personal reasons.
* Hailan Holdings Ltd. CFO Jia Bin stepped down from his post June 4 and was replaced by Liu Bing, who also joined the company's board as executive director.
Hong Kong
* Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Ltd. said Lan Haiqing stepped down June 8 as nonexecutive director of the company and its trustee manager Jinmao (China) Investments Manager Ltd.
* Ko Nga Kit took on the role of company secretary June 7 at Sansheng Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd.
* Link Real Estate Investment Trust said in its full-year earnings release that independent nonexecutive director Christopher John Brooke was appointed to be a member of its finance and investment committee, with effect from June 6.
* The CEO of Glorious Property Holdings Ltd., Ding Xiang Yang, replaced Cheng Li Xiong as chairman of the board June 5. Cheng also relinquished his chairmanship of the nomination committee and his membership on the remuneration and corporate governance committees. Ding, meanwhile, was also designated as chairman and member of the nomination and remuneration committees, respectively.
In addition, the company appointed Liu Tao as a member of its corporate governance committee.
Malaysia
* Due to personal reasons, Chiong Miaw Thuan resigned as Pegasus Heights Bhd. independent nonexecutive director, effective June 6. Alice Lim Hui Chee was named Chiong's replacement, aside from becoming a member of the audit committee.
* Chew Shen Hoay became CFO of Tanco Holdings Bhd. June 8, following the resignation of Ooi Gin Hui from the position.
* Mohd Noorazam Bin Osman joined the board of Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd. as a nonindependent nonexecutive director June 7.
* Farlim Group (Malaysia) Bhd. said executive director Eng Kim Leng resigned from his position, effective June 1, to pursue personal interests. Eng was also a member of the company's executive and risk management committees.
* Former JKG Land Bhd. director and financial controller Howard Chong Jiann Yeong was appointed CFO of Glomac Bhd., effective June 6.
* Chong Hong Chuon was named acting CEO of AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust and will serve in the role until a permanent CEO is found.

* Farglory Land Development Co. Ltd. said Chen Xiu Zu replaced Fang Chun Hsiung as an independent director and member of the remuneration committee June 8, due to Fang's expired tenure.

* With Unibail-Rodamco SE's US$15.68 billion takeover of Westfield Corp. being implemented June 7, the Australian mall landlord named Michel Dessolain, Jaap Tonckens, David Zeitoun, Mike Britton and Tim Jarvis as directors of its Westfield Corp. Ltd. unit. Dessolain, Britton and Jarvis also joined the board of subsidiary Westfield America Management Ltd., together with Jean-Marie Tritant.

Davis is set to replace Chairman John Harkness, who intends to resign at the end of the company's annual shareholder meeting in November.
* CEO of Singapore-based Ara Asset Management Ltd.'s Australian arm, David Blight, is set to join Lifestyle Communities Ltd.'s board June 15 as a nonexecutive director. Blight also was recently named to the board of Cromwell Property Group.
* Mona Esapournoori joined Hudson Investment Group Ltd. June 5 as its company secretary.
Japan
* Japan Real Estate Investment Corp.'s manager appointed Naoki Takeshita as a part-time director, effective June 27.
* The manager of Advance Residence Investment Corp. is proposing to elect Isao Kudo, Yoichi Sonoda and Tomonari Nakamura as executive director, nonexecutive director and corporate auditor, respectively. The resolution will be voted on at the company's June 15 general shareholders' meeting.
Vietnam
* Foreign Trade Development & Investment Corp. of Ho Chi Minh City appointed Le Du Dang Khoa as its deputy CEO, effective June 4. The property company also said Nguyen Ngoc Truong Chinh is stepping down from the board of directors, while Nguy Thuy Trang is vacating his role as the head of the board of supervisors. Board of supervisors members Tran Cao Long and Nguyen Thi Thanh Van are also resigning.

* Christina Tham Yoke Yee was named as head of legal, compliance and company secretarial at Cromwell European REIT, effective June 1.
Philippines
* Wellex Industries Inc. said Chairman Rogelio Garcia and Joson Lim relinquished their directorship posts, effective June 15.
