Ascendas India Trust, a property trust owning IT parks in India, issued 97,371,000 new units in an upsized private placement.

The company's trustee-manager issued the units at S$1.027 per unit, for expected gross proceeds of roughly S$100.0 million.

The units started trading on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.'s main board Feb. 14.

As of Feb. 13, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.32.
