Lin Zhaoyuan resigned as nonexecutive director and chairman of Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust's manager, Yuexiu REIT Asset Management Ltd.

Zhaoyuan also stepped down as a member of the asset manager's remuneration and nomination committee, and the finance and investment committee.

To fill the vacant positions, Yuexiu REIT Asset Management appointed its CEO and executive director, Lin Deliang, as chairman and a member of the remuneration and nomination committee, and Liang Danqing as a nonexecutive director and a member of the finance and investment committee. Liang is deputy general manager of Yuexiu Property Co. Ltd.

The changes took effect Aug. 14.
