Fitch Ratings affirmed Cincinnati Financial Corp.'s A long-term issuer default rating and the A+ insurer financial strength ratings for Cincinnati Insurance Co., Cincinnati Casualty Co., Cincinnati Indemnity Co. and Cincinnati Life Insurance Co.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch said the ratings were affirmed because performance has been in line with expectations and no ratings triggers were activated. The ratings are based on Cincinnati Financial's very strong capitalization, improvement in financial performance, and implementation of claims management and risk management tools, among other things.
