Discover Financial Services has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for the offering of an undisclosed amount of two series of senior unsecured fixed-rate notes.

The filing covers the offering of 3.250% notes due Aug. 15, 2023, and 4.150% notes due Aug. 15, 2029.

The notes' trade date is Aug. 7, and are expected to settle Aug. 10.

Incapital LLC is the lead manager for the offering. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Advisors LLC are the agents.
