M/C Partners acquired the managed services division of business and technology consultancy company West Monroe Partners LLC.

The acquisition closed Dec. 30, 2019, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.

M/C Partners said separately that Wayne Kiphart has been appointed as the CEO of the managed services unit.

The Boston-based private equity firm invests solely in communications, information technology services and media companies.
