Gloucester, Mass.-based Cape Ann Savings Bank named Robert Gillis Jr. president, following the retirement of Harold Rogers II, the Gloucester Times reported Jan 26.

Rogers, who has held the post for 27 years, will stay on as a full-time consultant for at least six months.

Gillis was previously executive vice president with the bank.
