Schroders hires sales unit head; Sberbank Europe's board member steps down

U.K.-based Schroders PLC said May 29 that it appointed Peter Arnold to head its alternative sales unit, which focuses on the distribution of the company's private assets investment offering.

Arnold, who was most recently global head of international fund distribution at Citigroup Inc., will join Schroders in early June.

Sberbank Europe

Stefan Zapotocky stepped down as a member of the management board at Vienna-based Sberbank Europe AG, Trend reported.

Zapotocky also serves as the supervisory board chairman at Sberbank banka d.d.
