BMO Harris Bank NA named Erminia Johannson group head of U.S. personal and business banking.

Her post was previously held by Alex Dousmanis-Curtis, who was recently named head of sales and distribution, BMO's Canadian personal and business banking.

Johannson has been in the financial services industry for more than two decades, including the last six with BMO in a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as head, North American retail credit and chief risk officer, Canadian personal and business banking and wealth management.
