Panama's Banco La Hipotecaria SA plans to offer two series of bonds on the Panama stock exchange worth a total of up to US$2 million, the bank said in separate securities filings.
On May 30, the bank will offer 360-day bonds worth up to US$1.0 million at an annual interest rate of 3.875%. The series CDF bonds will be issued June 1.
Separately, the bank on June 6 will offer 360-day bonds worth up to US$1.0 million at an annual interest rate of 3.875%. The series CDG bonds will be issued June 8.
Both bond series are part of the bank's U.S. dollar-denominated negotiable bonds program for up to US$35 million.
