Nikolaos Karamouzis will leave his post as chairman of Eurobank Ergasias SA on March 31, 2019, to pursue "new professional challenges."

Karamouzis has held the post since 2015, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Also, Konstantinos Vassiliou and Rajeev Kakar joined the Athens-based bank's board for three-year terms.
