After mutual conversion, Ponce De Leon Federal Bank rebrands as Ponce Bank

Bronx, N.Y.-based Ponce De Leon Federal Bank renamed to Ponce Bank, effective Sept. 29, according to the Federal Reserve's National Information Center.

Ponce Bank is the subsidiary of PDL Community Bancorp, which will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Oct. 2, following a heavily oversubscribed mutual holding company conversion offering.
