General ElectricCapital Corp. closed the saleof a majority of its real estate debt and equity portfolio to funds managed by , which in turnsold a portion of the portfolio to WellsFargo & Co.
According to a Form 10-Q filed Nov. 2, in connection with theBlackstone transaction, GE Capital provided $3.2 billion of seller financing tothe company, which GE Capital intends to syndicate by 2016. As of Sept. 30, GE Capitalhas collected or sold approximately $400 million of this seller financing.
