The Plexus Groupe LLC acquired Carol Stream, Ill.-basedinsurance and financial services firm Ingensa Insurance Services.

Ingensa will be rebranded as Plexus. Dave Demas, founder ofIngensa, joined Plexus as vice president of business development.
