Crédit Agricole issues $1.25B international bonds

France's Crédit Agricole SA issued $1.25 billion worth of international bonds, Cbonds reported Jan. 10.

The bonds, which have a 3.25% coupon, were sold at a price of 99.392%.

The notes mature Jan. 14, 2030.

Wells Fargo, Credit Agricole CIB, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs acted as book runners on the deal.
