Universal Health Services Inc. acquired the adult service division of Cambian Group PLC for £377 million to expand the company's market presence in the U.K.

The deal adds 81 behavioral facilities, which provide care to adults with mental health disorders, to the Cygnet Health Care family in the U.K. and brings Universal Health's total facilities in the U.K. to 102.

For 2016, the Cambian adult service division is expected to produce revenue of about £142 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately £35 million.
