Banco Ripley Perú SA on Feb. 2 plans to offer between 25.0 million Peruvian soles and 50.0 million soles worth of 30-month bonds, the bank said in a Jan. 31 filing.
The sale of series B securities, to be issued at par, is part of the bank's second issuance worth up to 100.0 million soles.
Banco Ripley Perú is a part of Grupo Ripley, which operates retail outlets in Peru and Chile and offers financial services including credit cards, lending, insurance and banking.
As of Jan. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 3.285 Peruvian soles.
