RSM Hong Kong resigned as the auditor of China Graphene Group Ltd., effective Dec. 19, as the two could not come to an agreement on the audit fee for the financial year ending Dec. 31.

The Hong Kong-based company proposed appointing ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Ltd. as RSM's replacement until its next annual general meeting.

China Graphene, which offers horticultural services in Hong Kong, operates through seven segments, including property development and property investment.
