Berkshire Hills Bancorp CFO leaves 2.5 years after appointment to the role

Pittsfield,Mass.-based Berkshire Hills BancorpInc. on July 6 named James Moses senior executive vice president andCFO of the company and unit BerkshireBank.

Moses' , Josephine Iannelli, left July 5 to "pursue other opportunities,"according to a Form 8-K filed July 11. She was appointed as financechief in January 2014, prior to which she was senior vice president and at thecompany.

Before Moses'latest appointment as SEVP and CFO, he was senior vice president and asset/liabilitymanager at Waterbury, Conn.-based WebsterBank NA, a unit of WebsterFinancial Corp. In his new role, Moses' initialcompensation package includes an annual base salary of $350,000, a sign-on bonusof $100,000, and other benefits commensurate with senior executive officers of thecompany and bank.
