CreditRiskMonitor.com Inc.'s board on Oct. 24 appointed Michael Flum senior vice president and COO, effective immediately.

Flum, who previously served as vice president of operations and alternative data, is the son of CreditRiskMonitor.com Chairman and CEO Jerome Flum and the brother of director Joshua Flum.

In addition, Jonathan Levy was named senior vice president, secretary and general counsel, effective immediately. Levy joined the company as general counsel in September.

The company also announced the Oct. 24 retirement, for health reasons, of director Richard James.
