Netherlands-based Van Lanschot Kempen NV agreed to acquire all shares in Hof Hoorneman Bankiers NV.
The transaction will help Van Lanschot Kempen grow its client assets by €1.9 billion, the wealth manager's chairman, Karl Guha, said.
The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to have only a minor impact on Van Lanschot Kempen's capital ratio and is also expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
Hof Hoorneman Bankiers, which has €1.9 billion in client assets, offers private banking, online wealth management and settlement-only services. It also manages a number of own investment funds, in which mostly its own clients invest.
