SITE Centers sells shopping center, suspends Q2 dividend

SITE Centers Corp. sold an unnamed shopping center and land for an aggregate $33.4 million.

The sale price for SITE Centers' share was $13.4 million, including $7.5 million from the repayment of a mezzanine loan.
