Netflix shareholders approve simple majority vote proposal

Netflix Inc. stockholders at the company's June 4 annual meeting passed a nonbinding shareholder proposal regarding the implementation of a simple majority vote.

Two other shareholder proposals regarding political disclosure and an EEO policy risk report were rejected at the meeting.

Netflix shareholders also elected three Class III directors to hold office until the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders.
