Lennar adds independent director

Lennar Corp. said Amy Banse was elected Feb. 18 to its board as an independent director for a term expiring at the homebuilder's 2021 annual shareholder meeting.

Banse's continued board service will be subject to shareholder approval at the meeting. She has not been assigned to any board committees.

Banse is senior adviser to the executive committee of global media and technology company Comcast Corp.
