KLNB closes on Edge Commercial; investors buy into H.n.h. Hotels

KLNB LLC completed the acquisition of real estate services company Edge Commercial Real Estate Inc. during the week ended Feb. 26, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Installed Building Products Inc. closed on Four State Insulation Inc., which offers fiberglass and spray foam insulation installation services for residential properties.

In another notable deal of the week, Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR SpA and Euler Capital LLC agreed to buy a 37.34% stake in H.n.h. Hotels & Resorts SpA from Groupe Siparex, Siparex Investimenti 2 Sicaf SpA and Siparex Midcap II.

RE/MAX Alliance Group purchased real estate brokerage firm RE/MAX Capital Realty.
