Friendship Bancshares completes acquisition of Bank of St. Elizabeth

Missouri-based Friendship Bancshares Inc., the parent company of Mid America Bank, completed the acquisition of Bank of St. Elizabeth.

The deal was announced in the fall of 2021, with plans to merge the two companies in late 2022, according to a news release.
