CareTrust REIT hikes quarterly dividend

CareTrust REIT Inc. announced its quarterly cash dividend of 27.5 cents per common share, up from its prior distribution of 26.5 cents per share.

The healthcare real estate investment trust is planning to pay the current dividend on or about April 15 to shareholders of record March 31.
