Bridgepoint to acquire majority stake in Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance

Private investment firm Bridgepoint SAS is acquiring a majority stake in Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance SAS from J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC and CHG Participations.

The management team of the protection insurance broker will reinvest alongside Bridgepoint.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of June, according to a news release on Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP's website.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP's Nicolas Barberis, Julien Rebibo, Manon Faurie, Jérôme Philippe, François Gordon, Christel Cacioppo and Sarah Bassis advised J.C. Flowers and CHG Participations on the transaction.
