Leon Sinclair

Leon is responsible for all parts of our practice from new product development, strategy, delivery and client engagement. He has been cited by several journals and media publications on topics ranging from regulation, accounting standards and AIFMD to, liquidity measurement and valuation best practice. Before moving into alternative asset classes, he held various product management roles in S&P Global's core fixed income services and has sat on various industry working groups focused on improvement of financial infrastructure, governance, investor protection and transparency. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Leon spent four years in various roles at ICE, latterly leading methodologies for European financial institutions and hybrid instruments.He holds a Bachelor of Science from Loughborough University in the UK and is a certified investment manager.

Peter Alleston

Peter joined S&P Global in 2015 with equity derivatives, private equity, private credit, and special situations experience. He has spoken at regional conferences and published thought leadership articles on topics including regulation, accounting, and valuation best practice. Prior to joining the company Peter spent nine years at Deutsche Bank serving as Vice President - Valuation, spending time in Singapore, Hong Kong and London. He has also worked in various roles at Credit Suisse and BDO Stoy Hayward in the UK.He holds a MSc in Mathematical Trading & Finance from CASS Business School London, a MA in Economics from Cambridge University, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is based in Singapore.

During his time at S&P Global Market Intelligence, Przemek has also delivered specialist consulting services supporting clients across B2B strategic decisions (including outsourcing of non-core business processes and technology monetization), fundraising and understanding purchasing behavior.Prior to this, Mr. Przemek worked as a Strategy Analyst at Discovery Networks. Przemek holds an MSc in International Applied Communication (UK), an MSc in Lobbying (the Netherlands) and an MSc in Business Administration (Poland).
