Chaim facilitates mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the electronics, energy, power and infrastructure industries. Chaim’s experience includes transactions and advisory services for private equity, Fortune 500 and private company clients, both cross-border and domestically.
Chaim has a robust understanding of the business dynamics in the electronics industry, as well as the rapidly growing solar market, and a keen sense of what makes companies attractive. He works with clients to best position them to prospective partners, including providing thoughtful preparation of marketing and presentation materials, articulation of key value drivers and negotiations through successful close.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Chaim worked in public accounting for Feeley and Driscoll, P.C.

Joe joined the U.S. FIG team in 2008 and covered investment banks for more than 10 years before moving into his current role. Joe has been working as a business journalist for nearly 20 years and previously worked for The Wall Street Journal and the Crain Communications magazine, Modern Healthcare. Joe is based in New York.
He holds a master’s degree in journalism from Roosevelt University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University.

Joseph is a Managing Director and Head of the firm's TMT Investment Banking Practice. He leads the firm’s team in the Communication Systems and Technologies sector, the focus for which includes data and voice network software and hardware, and HyperConnectivity (IoT, Industrial Internet, and Digital Infrastructure.) Over his nearly thirty years of investment banking and strategic advisory experience, Joseph has worked as a trusted advisor with his clients in closing more than 150 transactions including merger, acquisition, divestiture, equity and debt capital formation, public offering, recapitalization, international/cross-border and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining KPMG, Joseph was a Partner at St. Charles Capital (acquired by KPMG), where he led the firm’s Communication Systems and Technologies team. Previously, he served as Managing Director within the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets where he built that firm’s Communication Technologies practice and held, over time, leadership positions including Global Head of Communication Technologies, Head of Semiconductors, and Global Head of Hardware Technologies.

He has been with S&P Global since 2012 working in various roles within the organization, including Client Support, CMBS analysis for S&P Global Ratings, and a Commercial rep for several different customer segments. He now oversees Product and Market Development for the Corporates and Professional Services workflows with a focus on the S&P Capital IQ Desktop.
