Shivani is an Associate Director in the Credit Risk and Solutions department at S&P Global Market Intelligence and is based in Bangalore.
Shivani is an Associate Director in the Credit Risk and Solutions department at S&P Global Market Intelligence and is based in Bangalore. She focuses on assisting financial institutions, including banks, multilateral institutions, and insurance companies in developing their internal credit rating systems for low default asset classes across a broad range of industrial sectors. She has spearheaded some key projects in the team like ESG which involve integration of ESG factors in credit risk assessment and PFAST, which is an automation tool for public finance model.
Overall, she has 15 years of experience, with the last 9 years in S&P Global across various roles. She has extensive experience in credit risk with a focus on specialized finance, corporates and public finance. Shivani holds a master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from GARP, a Master of Business Administration degree from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering from DCET, Punjab University.
