Julber Osio is a Research Analyst at Kagan, a media research group within the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) offering of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Mr. Osio has been with S&P Global Market Intelligence since 2015. He pioneered the expansion of Kagan's global mobile industry research coverage in Asia-Pacific, providing industry projections and insights on regulation and policymaking. His areas of expertise include mobile 5G, spectrum, towers and small cells, financial technology and consumer insights.

Mr. Osio graduated with a degree of BSc in Management Engineering, Minor in Japanese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. He is currently studying MSc in Data Science and Financial Technology at the University of London, United Kingdom. Mr. Osio is a CFA charterholder.Minimize
