S&P Global, Cambridge Associates, Mercer Private Markets Performance Analytics empower asset allocators and managers to compare performance, understand and manage risk, and determine how events impact their portfolios, with increased confidence, efficiency and speed. The initial release focuses on private credit and real assets, with datasets for private equity and other asset classes to follow throughout 2026.

The Solution
We are using the capabilities of our iLEVEL platform to standardize, aggregate, and anonymize GP data from across the industry, based on a new, more detailed taxonomy we have developed with Cambridge Associates and Mercer to reflect the evolution of private markets.
With coverage across thousands of funds and their underlying assets, the resulting Private Markets Performance Analytics enable timely, like-for-like comparisons at all levels of the industry, including:
- Market level: aggregate performance trends
