Chinese chipmaker InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 2577) is shaping up for another year of rapid expansion, as demand accelerates for next-generation power semiconductors used in AI infrastructure and electric vehicles. Visible Alpha consensus forecasts point to fiscal 2025 revenue rising 59% year-on-year to about CN¥1.3 billion, building on 40% growth in 2024.
The growth outlook extends well beyond the near term. Analysts expect Innoscience’s revenue to compound at roughly 77% a year between 2025 and 2028, lifting sales to about CN¥7.3 billion by 2028. The projections reflect rising adoption of gallium nitride (GaN) power devices, which are prized for their higher efficiency and smaller form factor compared with traditional silicon chips. Applications range from AI data centers and 800-volt electric vehicle platforms to energy storage systems and, at an earlier stage, humanoid robotics.
Strategic partnerships are adding further momentum. In 2025, the company struck collaborations with Nvidia and United Automotive Electronics System, deepening its exposure to AI computing and the electric vehicle supply chain.
Under its partnership with Nvidia, Innoscience is positioned as the sole supplier able to deliver a fully GaN-based power solution for Nvidia’s new 800VDC AI server architecture. InnoScience is the only full-stack GaN supplier, making the company the sole supplier capable of delivering an all-GaN power solution across all conversion stages, according to InnoScience.
