Warner Bros. Discovery's streaming subscribers surpass 140 million in Q1

With HBO Max's launch in Italy and Germany in the beginning of the year, followed by launches in the UK and Ireland in March, the service is now available in all of Warner Bros. Discovery's key target markets globally.
