Illinois-based Brookfield Bancshares buying NSTS Bancorp in $73.7M all-cash deal

Following the closing of the deal, Brookfield Bancshares' two banking subsidiaries will operate a total of four branches in the Chicago-Naperville-Elgin Metropolitan statistical area and will have an aggregate of over $600 million in assets.
