CrossCountry raises Two Harbors bid for second time, offer now $12 per share

Two Harbors and Crosscountry Intermediate Holdco LLC, an affiliate of CrossCountry Mortgage, have amended their merger agreement, raising the all-cash consideration for TWO stockholders to $12.00 per share.
