Black Hills secures generation agreement for 1.8-GW data center in Wyoming

"The agreement provides for customer-funded milestone payments to support the long lead-time generation equipment ... needed to serve the 1.8-gigawatt project," said Marne Jones, Black Hills' senior vice president and chief utility officer.
