Australian court orders Fortescue to pay A$150M for Indigenous land damage

Federal Court of Australia Judge Stephen Burley ruled that the operations of Fortescue's Solomon Hub iron ore mine caused "significant damage" to Yindjibarndi songlines and other areas of cultural heritage.
