Molina maintains 2026 earnings outlook as Q1 costs slightly abate

Following a fourth quarter that fell "well below" expectations, CEO Joseph Zubretsky said during an earnings call on April 23 that that the first quarter of 2026 was "strong when compared to internal and external expectations."
