ING completes purchase of Goldman Sachs' Polish asset management unit

The Dutch bank said the deal has a minimal impact on the group's common equity Tier 1 ratio, while Polish unit ING Bank Śląski will see a 32-basis-point reduction in its consolidated total capital ratio.
