Apollo Commercial Real Estate closes CRE loan portfolio sale to Athene

After settling Apollo Commercial's financing facilities, outstanding debts, and transaction costs, the company's remaining assets, predominantly cash, will amount to $2.2 billion, representing approximately $12.05 per common share in book value.
