4 House Republicans float bill to restore US climate law's clean energy credits

The bill, called The American Energy Dominance Act, is led by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania and co-sponsored by Mike Lawler of New York, along with Ohio Republicans Max Miller and Mike Carey.
