Onex to sell WestJet stakes to Delta, Korean Air; DIH Deutsche buys Ludwig Esser

– Onex Partners Manager LP agreed to sell minority equity stakes in Canadian airline WestJet Airlines Ltd. to Delta Air Lines Inc. and Korean Airlines Co. Ltd. for $550 million. Barclays is WestJet and Onex's financial adviser.

– DIH Deutsche Industrie-Holding GmbH acquired German steelmaker Ludwig Esser Metallbau GmbH and its associated commercial real estate. Belgravia & Co. was the M&A adviser to Ludwig Esser Metallbau.

– Kedaara Capital Investment Managers Ltd. and Wellington Management Company LLP co-led a series F round for Indian logistics company SmartShift Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd., doing business as Porter.
