Brightstar names new partner, co-chair; Ballistic hires venture partner

Marcelo Claure joined Brightstar Capital Partners LP as partner and co-chair. Claure is the founder and CEO of Claure Group.

Ballistic Ventures Alpha LLC appointed Phil Venables as venture partner. Venables is a former chief information security officer of Google Cloud.

TTV Capital LLC named Lynne Laube and Rachel Hamilton as venture partners. Laube is co-founder and former CEO of Cardlytics Inc., while Rachel Hamilton served as chief marketing officer at Greenlight Investment Advisors LLC.

Danu Venture Group hired Mat Winter, Allison Binns and Michael Dubilier as general partners.

Escalate Capital Partners promoted Travis Wood to partner and Larry Bradshaw to COO and CFO. Wood joined the firm in 2019, while Bradshaw joined in 2005.

J.F. Lehman and Co. LLC appointed Stanley Deal to the firm's operating executive board. Deal served as CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes Inc. prior to joining the firm.

Red Arts Capital Management LLC promoted Dozie Ibekwe to vice president. Prior to joining the firm, Ibekwe served as principal and venture partner at the venture capital arm of the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
